Talking about Iterable AI

To support internal understanding and enablement, as well as external communication with customers and the market, our communication about Iterable AI should be clear and consistent.

AI as a tool

Avoid referring to AI as an entity (e.g., “Iterable AI can think”) and refer/reference to it as a tool or a product that the customer ‘uses’.

STO is an Iterable Al tool that helps you calculate and automates the process of identifying X, Y, Z

Iterable Al will do A, B, C and think in X, Y, Z.

Avoid unnecessary technical terms

Using ‘model’ unnecessarily in communication, especially where it is not centric to an ‘actual’ AI model. If the verbiage can be replaced with other terms such as ‘product’, ‘feature’, ‘analysis, etc., best to use that specific wording instead given that terminology can lead to more confusion and unnecessary breakdown of technical details (especially patent details!).

Generalize information

Under-the-hood communication can be tricky. This will vary slightly from product-to-product, feature-to-feature. For specific, technical questions, it’s often best to generalize the response, as well as emphasize the value and output.
