Overview
How is this copy used?
Text separators are text elements used between sections of copy to separate concerns. They are primarily used in page detail meta data.
In order to keep the design of our meta data and other page elements consistent and elegant, we only use the dot operator (⋅) symbol, found via Option+Shift+9 on Mac and U+22C5 in unicode. We avoid using bullets, pipes, or other typographical elements.
Guidelines
- Use the dot operator (⋅)
- Use bullets (•), pipes (|), or other typographical elements
- Add more than just a separator
