Implementation

• Skip links are the first focusable element. They show up when a keyboard, switch, or screenreader user presses tab. It is helpful to add taborder=-1 to ensure skip links are announced to certain screen readers.
• Skip links are absolute positioned over the rest of the window contents
• Press enter to follow the link
• Ensure the link points to a valid HTML ID matching the main content area
• Skip link is also built into the Nav Bar component
